Named after Shaughnessy’s celebrated golf architect, our popular lounge features comfortable seating and multiple TVs for sports fans. The recently refreshed patio area offers a stunning outdoor oasis with fire pits and heat lamps for post-game cocktails and spontaneous gatherings.

Executive Chef, Peter Crook

Since 1994, our Executive Chef Peter Crook has been raising the bar on Vancouver private club dining with creative menus that change with the tides and seasons. Born in the UK, Peter and his family moved to Canada in 1976.

He developed an early passion for cooking, winning his first culinary competition in Toronto at 15. He went on to work with top chefs at 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts in Canada and the Bahamas, and then Shaughnessy brought him to Vancouver.

In 2006, he seized the opportunity to represent Canada at the Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, where he cooked for the International Olympic Committee and distinguished guests. Lucky us, because it’s that level of talent Shaughnessy members get to taste each and every day.
